What are your minimum hours of care I can schedule during the week?

We start with 4 hours a day 5 days a week as a minimum care schedule.

 There are basically three ways to pay for care.

  1. Self Pay - Out of pocket funds (income, savings, assets, etc.
  2. Long Term Care Insurance - A policy to cover certain or all hours of care.
  3. Government programs - There are various govt programs like the Medicaid Waiver Program and VA that pay for in home care . Contact us to see if you qualify 

The rate depends on the level of care but starts at $22 per hour

 Yes all our caregivers are Florida certified Home Health Asistants (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA).

Are the caregivers experienced?

 Yes we require a minimum of 2 years experience of all our caregivers.

Yes for certification they must provide a FDLE level 2 background check that must be renewed every 5 years.

 We choose a appropriate aide and oversee her  care however if you wish to choose another aide we will quickly send a replacement

 Yes, we are on call 24/7 every day of the year and we will immediately schedule another caregiver to your home
